Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Honestly nothing bad to say about Pand O. However the salary could be at par to other cruise lines . I have worked here for 10 yr and feel well looked after. There is always room for improvement for employees and employers and I am sure P and O will do it's best for it's employees.

Growth is slow. Salary could be a bit better looking at today economic growth in India. Salary is different for different nationalities having same position. Provident funds should be started for crew as there is nothing to look back on once retired.

I have started my career with this company and I plan to remain loyal by not switching to any other brand. P&O has really supported me in this situation by not stopping our pay as in this lock down money is very important to survive without a job. P&O has really looked after the crew really well. Proud to be called an employee of P&O. Also a special thank you to CSSI.
