Its a very good company to work with. P&O cruises take care of their employee and guest very well. Safety and well-being is their first priority. Very friendly atmosphere. We are like a family. Even in this pandemic P&O cruises keeps on updating whats going on in the company. Everything is transparent.

Dislikes

To be honest slow hike in pay and slow growth. We are sure that top management in the office will be not aware what’s happening in ship management level. Lots of favouritism in case of promotion. Rest all is fine

...Compensation has been given on time. In all the aspects company very productive.The salary hike & bonus is given every year.

In our company, we should have new joiners more trained & professional. Politics should not be there at any cost which is not good for the company as well as for an individual.

As during this pandemic the company has paid us salary in terms of 70% 30% and 30% as I was not able to join the ship due to covid19 as it was not my fault the company paid me for 3months and it really helped me to survive this pandemic I really thank P&O cruise liners for helping me out I am looking forward to join the ship as soon as this pandemic is over.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...s always there, working hours were not to long so we could have time to enjoy. Pay was not so good though.

Got better opportunity with other company.
