The work culture at Ozone is a very close knit ( that of one family). My role required lot of interaction with top level management and CMD. We are well supported by CMD in case of any new ideas that would help the company growth. The team in other departments are also very co-operative. We are given lot of opportunities to grow and learn. My experience with Ozone has been extremely satisfying and good.

Company is putting all efforts to cope up with financial issues and hence it is impacting salaries and some critical payments

Overall experience working with ozonegroup. Mr Muthanna, Mr Niranjan they are great professionals and great human beings who have mentored me and encouraged me to deliver my targets. Mr Shashihar marketing manager who is an energetic person with great positive attitude

Dislikes

Too much favoritium for female workers. Works life balance of men workers shall not be considered. Sales & Customer relationship department's wealth shall be forced for each part of project works.
