Salary will not come on date and incentive plan is also not good as well as our EPFO will not deposit to our ,our UAN account number also it's very difficult to know what is our pf balance and if v required to take some emergency advance v can't take it very difficult and disappointed.

The most amazing work culture that you can get. Peers are amazing, the upper management does not make you feel inferior. If you are a hard worker and an honest employee this place is a great learning environment and you can easily transition from a junior level to a senior level employee. Most importantly this is a place that provides security.

Dislikes

The appraisals are a bit rigid, for some employees they give good appraisals, for some other employees it takes a long time to get a good appraisal. The owner is a little biased over older employees who are not that productive and efficient and clearly misjudges and doesn't recognise new employees with good talent.

Ek no. Ki bekar company hai... they will use you like a teash and will throw like garbage. Think before joining this company. I have been working with the company with the hope that i will get growth in this company but i got nothing except disappointment. They will torture you to the extent to leave the company after some time. In last three months 34 people have resigned.
