Great support from mentors and team leads. Promotions are quick if you can lead teams. You'll learn a lot during your time here, including client interaction and conducting interviews.

Dislikes

The ratio of paid to unpaid interns is quite low, with about 1 paid intern for every 5 unpaid interns. Some tasks feel unrelated to data analyst role, focusing majorly on manual lead generation. The CVO often interrupts team discussions within the server without understanding the context.

Likes

The exposure to different roles. As a data analyst intern at Ozibook, you're pretty much working with all teams even when not required as a technical help if nothing else. Strategy building, Management, BA, Marketing, Designing, you'll do everything and have a little bit experience of everything. Though there's almost no money involved but when you are promoted to a higher role (which is not hard tbh), it feels rewarding so that's nice.

Dislikes

Absolutely zero work life balance. Even though everyone is from the same country, there's no time zone difference, meetings are being scheduled for 11pm at night. While some people don't mind that, there should be proper guidelines to not hold these meetings based on majority wins. It messes with lifestyles and is very unhealthy. You are expected to be online all the time there are no specific work hours.

They literally have fake JD. Interviews had completely technical questions but after joining not single of them is used. So much politics. Says flexible timings but expect to work whenever they want even if that is 12am or 1am. No holidays at all. So unorganised.
