...f us during this covid-19 lockdown as it has sent 60% of worlforce on furloughs. As the situation is tough in job market so neither we are able to switch nor we are getting salary from oyo. It was not expected from the company

The company is good it's just there is no job security. Even if you are a performer. Those who are lickers will survive even after misconducts and non performance also So some one has to be beheaded. So somebody else will be chosen. So you need to perform and also be in good nooks.

...reat for exceptional performers. Work culture is as flat as a start-up would be. The compensation and perks are attractive. The work-life balance is average.

Dislikes

Processes are too complex. And every now and then the entire work process is overhauled. Job security is very poor as they follow hire and fire policy. Office politics here is as elsewhere.

Pathetic work environment. Pathetic work life balance. Unprofessional people at Manager position who don't know how to lead and guide a team. Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day. Manager don't know how to behave. They (Management) know what is actually happening at the ground (cheating with customer) but even after that they push you to do it and if you don't then your manager will shout at you, criticize you. Every day manager tell to it's team that if you are not able to do it then put down the paper and leave the company.
