...e balance in this co. They doing fraud to customer as well as with hotel owner. Only thing is good in this org they credit salary on time that's the only good thing in this organisation, politics, stupid and idiot person are running this organisation.

The salary is good. The new things are there foe you to learn. Tools and different different software are here to learn.

Dislikes

No job security. Once your requirement is over you will be fired for no reason. Without any notice. Handling management is very pathetic. Don't even know how to behave or talk. Just got promoted and leading team. Overall, rating for work life balance is -10/10. Management play with you whenever your requirement is over. The fost cutting happens by firing the agents. Go on your own risk.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst experience ever working with OYO, a lot of promises and commitments were made, incentives which were part of the salary of the compete quarter not given. Furloughed the employees for a period of 4 months on a promise of starting the process after it. What we see after that is a notice to wait for another 6 months or a 1 month salary( which is also without PF amount)

Dislikes

There is no orientation or job training to the new employee. No clarity to the employees of the management policies as the HR’s are also not clear about them. There are a lot of promises and commitments made to the media which are nowhere to be seen practically.

I am hired on third party. I don't have any idea at the interview time. After all those things. The send me the call letter from third party. Yes oyo is largest company. That's the problem.
