never joined the Mumbai team .. all employees will try to push out you of the Oyo system. 1 very toxic culture 2 old employees will never help 3 manager is also against new employees, he won't have new employees in the team( new employee means target increase) 4 there is no manager hire key, everyone would like to take reporting from you as many times( old employees on top....they are behaving like they are all your manager) 5 there is no training stym for employees 6 they will ask you to do hotel wallet recharges from your pocket if the hotel owner is not ready to do

Only salary is on time. Also you will get incentive of 2 months from your DOJ.

...y to become your boss. Even the person who is just supposed to maintain Data. 3. If u want to survive in this company then u need to spent at-least 10k -15k from your own salary. Then also you will get fired from your job if u are not spending money for your boss this a big joke in this company. 4. Not only employee even though the customers ( Hotel Owner ) is not satisfied by OYO policy if u will visit in Western Mumbai side they will abuse you and will say get lost. 5. Even sometime when you will visit at the hotel and as soon as the owner identifies that you are from OYO they will not let you go also they will ask from you that Who is going to give their pending amount from OYO. 6. Your senior colleagues will do back-bitiching in front of your manager. 7. Full of politics. 8. Even you need to work on Sunday from home till 2pm. 9. They will even expect to do work which they never told you to do. 10. Also company has changed their office for 3 times because OYO has done fraud with hotel owners. 11. There is lot of deductions from hotel owner's wallet not even owner will get to know not even employee will get to know. There is no transparency while deductions. 12. If u are bringing and deal for the company also if u want any kind of exception there is no exception for juniors only senior employees can have that privilege. 13. You can't even take your company's name in market because of these scams how shameful is this for a employee.

One Point can be appreciated for OYO is to give higher and good package offers to acquire workforce as none want to work here due worst work culture.

Please avoid joining here. You will definitely will receive huge hike offer but request you to do your own research before destroying your career, Self development & Confidence. Work pressure is very higher if, you not able to achieve target your manager & higher management will ask to do fake booking & fraud business. OYO is third parties hotel application has 30-45% share of commission on every booking on hotel listed. OYO Management will ask to do fake booking and ask you to pay OYO Commission share as recharge on property. Every Saturday almost all booking on OYO are fake booking PAN India to shown OYO is growing and forcefully to achieve your target from your hard earn money from your pockets this first job on planet where you pay company for work there. This just few points please do you own research before joining meet OYO employees at office premises know truth by your self.
