Work life balance was good previously, but some managers do not give you work life balance they want you to work 24 hrs and 7 days a week without taking any leave.

It was great time working for oyo,I was enjoying my job with full enthu since 2015, but during covid 19 , company has taken step back in respect of supporting , knowingly that nobody will get job opportunity in current situation.

...performance retened due to favouritism.i Never expected this from the company. It could be better solution if company cut off equal percentage from each and every employees salary, nobody would affect badly with this. Salary credit on time.

Dislikes

No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.
