Really loved my job in OYO it was interesting and challenging aswell. I would have given 0 stars when it comes to Job security, Pathetic employee management

Job security, and people who sit at home gets paid High and people who are getting less salary are the one who actually work hard for the company, Most importantly Central team must look in to the ground reality and the problems ( I really think they're not aware of the ground level issues which is actually effecting the companies growth)

... saying he is correct. Politics is there, you are not appreciated for your work. When asked for appresel, said you did not do any work and you are on high package already. In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. Oyo hires people on contract bases, which means you are treated like a slave, also they fired 70% people last year. No IJP and no learnings. It's better not to join Oyo.

Company culture ,work life balance, promotion , salary all are adequate and every angle it is the best company ever.

Nothing like that. Some times hard time comes every company. Its have tackle because its own work family.

... hotelier object to delist hotel they strictly say no and drag partner to court. Worst organisation to work where half of salary goes back to organisation through wallet recharge orelse you will loose your job.

No Promotions Pressure Have to forget the family if we are working in OYO Morning 9 to Night 10 works sometimes 12 also No Job Security No Leave in peak time have to work 24×7
