work was very stressful with high targets for each day. Salary is deducted for every minor chance they get. Work in this place is not recommend

Easy to start career and chance to learn good hospitality services and gain knowledge about handling customer with smooth manner

Salary will not hike properly and not give any allowances and Don't have proper leaves

Ontime Salary with proper pay slips.

No Training for freshers. Management always instructs the front office staff to get 5* ratings and positive reviews but the property has a lot of repair issues that were never solved.

Get to meet a lot of people and can learn many things by meeting people .

Dislikes

No good salary, 12 to 14 hours of work continuously, mostly no good facility in the hotels and as a face you get to listen from the guest. Many more drawbacks are there ..if they have 5 good points then they also have 50 negative points.

This is the only mail I got since the day one from lockdown. I tried rigorously to contact GM, HR but I couldn't able to contact anyone and moreover fortunately once I spoke to HR annd again I called him after one month, he told "I'm no more in OYO". That same answer I got 2 times from HR people and once from GM. And still we don't know when the properties are going to open

...nt staff. 2. There is no encouragement from higher level designated people. 3. There is no any facilities apart from Salary. there is no food facility even if we work more than 12 hrs In a gist, it's my bad decision to join OYO and major guilt in my life
