Good pay for freelancers until the heads stopped checking on overnight increase in expected targets.

The heads dealing with freelancers are given unfair power over them. Unethical behaviour by some when gone unchecked affected the entire image of the company for me. High chances of miscommunication and unfair concentration of power by highly unprofessional employees.
