In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. Oyo hires people on contract bases, which means you are treated like a slave, also they fired 70% people last year. No IJP and no learnings. It's better not to join Oyo.

It was great time working for oyo,I was enjoying my job with full enthu since 2015, but during covid 19 , company has taken step back in respect of supporting , knowingly that nobody will get job opportunity in current situation.

...performance retened due to favouritism.i Never expected this from the company. It could be better solution if company cut off equal percentage from each and every employees salary, nobody would affect badly with this. I am writing this because I am a emotional person and worked without any complaints . hoping for the best.

Company culture ,work life balance, promotion , salary all are adequate and every angle it is the best company ever.

... hotelier object to delist hotel they strictly say no and drag partner to court. Worst organisation to work where half of salary goes back to organisation through wallet recharge orelse you will loose your job.
