Great Learning opportunities. No job security, no proper reimbursements

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security. They prefer IIM and IIT guys for promotions and recruitment for top management mostly. Vast experience is of no use to them.

Nothing to like. I worked as a Transformation Lead and our job had nothing to do with our credentials. No scope for growth whatsoever. The company changed its business model and policies every two months.

Dislikes

No set processes, no proper leadership. No career growth, no real work being done. No work-life balance, no accountability from anyone. A system built from the ground up to show numbers to investors and nothing else. Just targets without road maps. Laying off people without plan or warning to suit their goals. Employees caught in cross-fire between company and vendors/clients.

I really learned how to handle situations and now I am able to understand marketing and every situation in operations field.

Dislikes

There is no dislike as you work smart everything will bee good and the company helps every employee to update their skills and knowledge.
