- Insecurity of Jobs - Too much politics rather than work - No work life balance and no career growth - Baniya company even top management - HR policy and it's employees are not upto the mark. - For Fund raising, they ask employees to rate in Play Store, give good feedback and comments.

...vironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is very good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives.

Dislikes

The management system and the behavior of the managers should have been good There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you ask me about the culture at Oye! Then I would simply say that, To me, Oye's culture is defined by 3 words- Ambition, Customer, and Ownership. We at Oye! Make extremely ambitious plans with customer at the center and execute them with individual ownership.

Still waiting for the FnF, everyone left the company, no POC left. HR just keep on giving misleading information everytime employees ask for FnF. No PF was credited by the company from the last 3-4 months.
