...as teaching which I love and enjoy. That's why I continued for those many years. The work pressure was really much more than salary paid. The atmosphere was nice and orderly. Overall I learned a lot of teaching profession.

The work pressure was really much more for the salary paid. Not much freedom is given to a teacher to teach his or her subject in the best possible way he or she can. The management is harsh to the teachers even for trivial reasons.

I feel Oxford High school is my second home where I can express my views and opinions unhesitatingly . Ours is a team work in our department where our team discusses and concludes the decisions of our given project. My school has job security policy like creating good environment among students and colleagues , making clear and balanced understanding with mangement , producing annual progress to the school and their clients. Work culture is a friendly and coperative one. The management is the protectional shield to their emplooyees where they feel very secure and positive . The policies are very mutual to the employees.

My teammates are broad minded and positive thinkable where we do our work unitedly keeping aside our problems. Every annually we have training sessions and workshops where we learn the new innovations and adopt new skills and technology . The career growth is very superb which dont depend on performances but on their skills. Salaries are ggiven based on their patience work and companies growth . The employees get appreciation and praising letter from the management in the form of cash, felicitation and momentos .

Worst school i have ever seen. They do only show off. They only can humiliate teachers. I won't say anything about day section as they don't have standard. In morning section, Admin, Teacher in charge and vice principal ,they all are simply illiterate. They neither help new teacher nor give them properly instructions. They are illiterate, below standard people. They shuffle teachers all time. Teacher have no freedom to work.
