There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

They will tell you about the perks, incentives but you will never get the incentive or the salary on time. It is as per owner's will. If he wants he will or els you won't event get the notice period salary.

Worst place to work. Unnecessary Owner involvement in operations even as he has no clue of this business sector. Work here only if you like to l**k the owners boots. That's how employees here survive. Rest are tortured and kicked out. Owner has top political / bureaucrat connects hence he even HITS his employees.
