Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Seniors are supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. According to me appraisals given quite unfair.

...t of work to do in a single 8 hours shift, but didnt feel tired on a single day. handsome salary is given to employees and yes... 5% slary hike on confirmation after 6 months of joining date.

There are officer is responsible for any type of work. Operator is not responsible for any type of problem. So they miss behave with officer. And management don't take any action against this type of behavior of operator.
