Your experience doesnt matter untik you are operation Engineer. Always try to get Sr. Operation designation. Also no vertical growth. High responsibility. Increment is very low. Salary must be vary whomsoever working in winder and sliving they are very much hard and dangerous for your future.

Bad company, there's no job security not even for the permanent employee. Management is totally bad the HR dept they call you when the production is high and they force you to resign when there's no production and there's no work for us to do.

Dislikes

It's a company who fools newly diploma graduates into working like a animal's for 16hrs they pay a good salary when you are trainee but reduce it when you get permanent in the name of insensitive they only pay 15k a month with a yearly incremental of 3%. Highly recommended not to join this company. There is no work like a operation engineer tou work like a majdoor and the experience is of no use anywhere else.

We are taking all kind of preventive meadures to stay safe . From hand washing, temprature measurement, 24×7 mask, social distancing in work place . This is time is very bad for all of us but we OCians are thinking that we all togather defeat this pandemic😁😁😁

...do reconciliation for 15 years and one day you will be kicked out the company. The salary in which you can barely afford peanuts. Appraisal such things in Owens Corning does not exist. Travel home to factory bus facility will be provided cuz no public transport will go to the company cuz it's located in remote area. If you don't give story to your boss you will be thrown out the team, as you give story you be the blue eyed boy of your boss. No work environment at all people come to do politics, as new employee the will misguide you at every point so it's good for you to stay away from that vultures. They don't know what is Innovation at the beginning they will not even provide you sap access, will you not even provide intercom facility. Your boss will come office at 11o clock and he will leave the office 8 pm, so he can force you to come at 8 am and work till 7 pm. If you get a job at Owens Corning it's advisable to sell peanuts on the streets cuz you get more money than going 8 to 7 job at Owens Corning.

... any one in the name of financial crisis. They will treat you as burden to them. They treat you as begger and your boss act as he is gives you salary from his pocket. They always taunt you on your salary your boss always bullying you such as you don't no anything they pass derogatory comments on your home town. Some senior in your team hates you so much they can't to you for months they even don't reply to your hi. They thought how dare you come that company which is made for the people like them only. Some People will fight you no issues and even complaints your boss and hr and you will get no support of the people.
