Full support from company even company production and company income was zero. But company paid 60% salary. And after normal business. Full paid no deducted. I am happy with OVT

No job security, Management took decision in favour of them , they will dismissed you without any valod reason for their satisfaction either employee are confirmed and working from last 2-3 yrs. They only do whatever they want

Job security is not mandatory in private company its depend on your work performance & work culture also depend of you & your team with management,company policies are same for all private companies,some different rules®ulations which depend on company for became descipline.
