...oing to be like there..companybis 25 years old but their mentality is of 90's. They are mor and more focus on chemist push pob, give bonus /Bonanza and bool pob from them.

Everything ,company is running by 2 old fellow who are fighting each other to be superior, all admin are MC. They will talk to field people as they are slave of them. For more deatil ask from any ex Oversian.

...st of the employees lost there jobs who was working in MNC companies previously. and coming to this company is your decision but removing employees without notice period, without salary, expense etc all is company decision and month end you'll come to know that company is removed you and you'll not get salary, expenses etc, I Suggest my all collegues not even a think of working with them. Safe your carrier.

Admin is very strong by this there will be no pending works, most of brands are own manufacturer and have good patients satisfying , maintain standard pricing.

Job security, sudden decision, no health insurance, no settlement, on salary you will come to know you have removed from the company after that no one will respond, no proper CFA and stockists response is very poor. Over all I suggest not to thick of joining.
