Totally depends on your manager

Dislikes

Empty promises. Do not fall for bonus in your salary structure, they do not give it, the company performs well throughout the year, but just before the increment/salary time everything goes bad and company is under loss.

Based on my experience with former Management 2017-2019; Job Security: was good with the former management even with HR department. Work Culture; as for my former manager i had blast support and opportunities to be exposed and learn new skills and knowledge. Company Policies: so clear and fair. Career Growth; there's no growth, it might be hard to get promoted. However you will receive training as long you needed work- life balance: long hours, you almost daily.

you might find hard time to get what you deserved. the growth is slow and the work pressure is very high. regard job security it's not secure just keep your option open and work on yourself more to grow and find another job just for your own good.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
