Lot of unnecessary pressure. No work ethics and no process. Overtime - All the time they tell you to do overtime. Tracking of hours and micro management. I won’t recommend this company to anyone who want to grow in their career.

Ovaledge is growing company there is lots of scope to learn and develop if you send 2 yeas of time in this company. Work will be overloaded some times but working environment is healthy. You can reach out any one of u have any doubt or needed any time they are warm and welcoming. If you have any health concern and any problems leaves will issued with a small phone call. For learning purpose I highly recommend ovaledge.
