No Management, No HR, Work More then 10 hours and then you need to justify your salary everyday, No holiday only 2 holidays in whole year, 6 Days Working, Less salary not more then 8000, If work load is more then they will call on Sunday too, Office is located in Flat, No Increment, Employee are forced to work extra, If employee gets sick and took holiday next day you will be offered Last warning letter for termination, Every week one meeting is conducted saying we are in lose from your work we can only manage chai pani ka Kharcha, No incentives, No Job Security, Every Month one employee leaves the company or gets fired, Team of 6 people, No Training, one time chai or coffee, Boss ask for parties from there employee.Stay away from these fake company don't waste your time and energy.
