Major disadvantage is working in taxation, once season completed they will move to some different accounts process without our permission and having so many years of experience in taking taxation and changing our profile to accounts is the major dislike.

Opi was good company to work as we have growth, good hike onsite opportunity etc

After OPI was acquired by EXL they were not able to manage projects thereby decrease in revenue, less hike, those having high salary were fired

It was a good experience working with outsource Partners International.I had been with a very supportive team members helped us to learn things better. Though it was my first job in corporate sector I'm very comfortable with the fellow members. We had facilitated with good canteen. There was much opportunities to learn new process under resource exchange programme.we have been given better incentives and benefits.

Only problem is related to transport...hope it's common in all the companies
