Monotonous work No salary hike Don't have client's trust Base of the company is very week. Don't have much clients Engage with one client only manager don't give importance to other client due to which they loose their clients.

There is a lot of political and the management done address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners. 😒
