...on. Top management and merchant only works good and all fault makings by QA/ QC. All benifit like Bonus, increment and other facilities only for management and merchant department.

They have Saturday off, this is the only thing to like about this place and their Christmas and Diwali party.

Dislikes

Politics and Gossiping. No respect or humanity towards Assistants. They abuse and humiliate front of all the office. I lost my self-confidence. This feedback is only for Mumbai office.

My favorite parts of my current job included the ability to work independently ( trust from employees) & the peoples I worked with. It's great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job. It's hard to find that environment today because so many people just don't care about honestly, hard work & Integrity.

Thsi is a German based liesion office. great working with otto agn and lot of new thing I had Learnt here. Team is full support to you while working across all the department. If i have change the job for better growth.

Here any body q.a join in quality department he running only maximum 3 years, BCS company policy , when you complete 3 yrs then you out , without any reason.

Here growth very slow , increment only 5 percentage maximum. So here joining waist of time
