As MNC there is alternate Saturday off, Canteen facility, other than nothing like anything.

Dislikes

In HR department there is no system & process, policies.... Time office & payroll till manually.. Support team is poor of experience and knowledge. Management expectations is very high and want to change immediately. HR reporting is multiple head's.

No benifits, to much politics, no value for employees, work culture worst , they tell Saturday is off but after joining they said we can't give u now, manager is like he is owner of company worst manager seen in my life , no food, no traveling bus

Very good experience to learn everything like inward to production and dispatch cycle. Good management and management hear every person suggestion and advise or implement it on work.

On the job training is not given to new joinees
