1. Are you okay to be fired in the next lets say 1 month? 2. Are you okay for pay cuts? 3. Are you okay for not knowing what to do but just exist? No KRAs and No feedbacks are provided 4. Are you okay if the so called ‘HR TEAM’ doesn’t warn you about anything about the company but tells you ‘We’re a great company’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and when u join you get know that its not even a company for that matter? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 They say that they’ve been in the industry for 60 years but the truth is - they’re not even a year old THE ENTIRE LEADERSHIP PANEL IS INSANE. All they do is have lunch & then go out for smoke breaks 20 times a day. The only good thing about Otomeyt is the canteen aunty but unfortunately they can’t keep up with her as well 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh and they have a software that checks if you’ve been productive by keeping a check on how many times you’ve open excel on your system lol DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING OTOMEYT All the best guys!

Startup company it is, where there clients are very limited, they hired for some different roles and responsibilities and given me Associate role for multi clients, they don't have much good rapo with there existing clients.. Where even after sending quality profiles and after they get Final Selects clients are not conforming on the mail.. When this was disclosed with my manager and Management, even they didn't got any response and meanwhile they are covering up like that the recruiter is not following up with the POCs and client.. They know there fault and even though they are doing layoff putting on PIP and making Recruiters like us to fall in risk.. And playing with our life's by giving false update. Seriously no job security and this kind of work culture I have never seen in my past organizations.. No growth and I'm really feeling very sad that I have chosen wrong place and it effected my career, please think may times when you opt for an other opportunity

Amazing work-culture it's like we're part of big supportive team. If you are looking for growth this is the best platform. I've lucked out with best team, It's not just about work it's about having each others backs and making the office fun place to be. To be honest it feels awesome when hard works get noticed.
