If the growth challenge is still there only some management support people only gain growth If company have talent exam all people will come up when Position changing time no support is needed only their talent will help to improve themself and company only can creat opportunities open ground anyone can grab it

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have 8.9 years experience in TK elevator & Otis Elevator company 6 years completed but not grade change not a salary difference. Vechical petrol problem ,mob bill not allowed since Six years .most important 6yers completed but increment,Petrol allow,Mob bill etc many problems.
