Work life balance is not that much good and salary is not upto the industrial standards

...hnical expertise within OTIS after sometime you will be redundant in the market. Financially they will pay more however long-term don't expect any promotion.

Dislikes

Middle management who are not subject matter expert create all problems. They will never allow to grow in the Organisation. Also there are more regional politics is there. People who can speak get more preference in the organisation. Top management listen to them and they get all promotion.

Working at Otis is my memorable days in terms of learning, development (personal & professional) and supportive colleagues as wall as managers.Overall personality development along with work we can experience here.

My reason to switch company is only financial issue otherwise I would have never left this company and salary offered to me was not compatible.
