...oducts. Very bad commitment level just like lier, no value of management word. Very late salary after 20th of respective month. Don't clear travelling expenses 2 -3 months. Once you resigne or left the company, there would not be any salary, expenses means no settlement (cheat company).

No professionalism at workplace. Unlimited leaves can be taken as there is no paid leaves except one day per month.

Lot of things are missing like no leave policy, no company policy, no pf, no health insurance, no gratuity, no transparency in salary structure, total HR policy are mess up or missing, no transportation, no canteen, other than salary there is no single benefits from bottom to top management

Companies financial condition is also very worst, Product quality is fully garbage just make customers and dealers fool. No respect, no value of commitment.
