no discipline ,not given salary on time given tremendous pressure on employees no legel process for termination and not given proper notice to employees working hours monday to sunday no rights for employees

I particularly like the recent works being done inline with the culture , the segregation of roles provide the work clarity , interdepartmental activities & delegation of works are a strong front where work has been done , great opportunity in terms of business they have received and growth plans for future

the work timings can be a point of constraint

The Company is constantly investing in new technologies, which gives me the opportunity to learn new skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. --Great Work Cultures The company has great cultures and I feel like I am part of a team. --Very Supportive to their Employees The company is very supportive of its employee and we can directly approach for any type of concerns.

You have to handle multiple tasks there, you can learn many things. Good opportunity for beginners as well as experienced persons.

Dislikes

Poor management, no stability, frequent changing of employees, no job security instead of being permanent, no leading senior, poor working culture, no one to assist you, no support from anywhere but everybody need output from you. Being engineering company there is 6 days working.

It was the great opportunity to work there with a great team work and a supportive staff members and seniors are very responsible and reliable. I love the that that I am part of a team
