Here in Oswal, I feel job 100% secure and management is very cooperate and takeing care of every employee. I am enjoying my job very well.

No any dislike, but the management has little think about behavior training to Employees, its very effective to grow up organization.

There is everything okay but seniors are not good .they are always trying to demotivated and trying to see you humiliate. Specially in Quality department.

There is nothing to like. There is no career not job security.

basically I have no problem about my salery but problem is that there r no educated person ,no one want to implement on self skills and 2nd problem is, the canteen food of this company is very bad....they charged up full rupees but don't give a healthy & good food to employee
