Dislikes

I don't like anything. Even they changed my job role after transferring me to another unit of theirs. There's no importance of written document(s). Everything is done verbally. Plant head of KPL Meghnagar unit is an absolute pathetic person. He's the one who decides what the persons will do. And I don't understand why there's a HR department over here.

Nothing likes here. Don’t know anything to top management. Not even a single like is there to tell .

Dislikes

Yes there are many many dislikes. Total OGI is a very big dislike. They don’t know how to treat employees working for them. I’m a ex employee and they fired me without any reason or anything. After mine, several reputable position persons also had my same situation. There is a dictatorship and monopoly management. No respect to employees. No self satisfaction for you also . The MD and chairman also listened to one uneducated fellow ( Hardly he passed degree I guess, he is in President position) So imagine the condition of this company. Last but not least please don’t prefer these companies and don’t ruin ur career lives. Please contact any person in that company before you join. This will helpful I guess.
