Gives a good pay when compared to other small Consultancy.

Apart from pay rest is terrible, unstable work culture, always uncertainty overtime with no pay and that's not one off thing most of the time you'll be burning your midnight oil.

Salary hikes are not limited to any policy. If you are doing an outstanding job then they give more than 50 percent hikes. Also designations are not limited to no of years you have spent, it's based on the actual capabilities, skills n maturity.

...ime. They give homework to interns which they have to do in their personal time. (Top level bull****) Leave paying for overtime, they don’t even pay you for your working hours. They mentioned stipend would be 12,000 per month but after joining they said that the some amount will be deducted based on performance. Stipend always late like Feb stipend comes in march end or April. They provide basic udemy courses or youtube courses to interns. No real projects. Bullsh** test and interview based evaluation every week if fail to get 75% in both whole week stipend will be deducted. If test is happening after two weeks then two weeks stipend will be deducted. It’s like you’re not allowed to make mistakes. Mistakes and failures happen even in real projects but that doesn’t and shouldn’t effect base pay. No real learning Shit*y management. They expect interns to test their poorly developed app OQSHA for which they don’t even have a documentation, learn their courses, attend useless problem solving classes and do their homework. Everyone above you think of themselves as god and give orders. I’d rather try my luck at small startups then work aa full time employee here. Once you join even as intern you won’t have time for yourself or your studies because of that you won’t be able to crack other companies so, avoid this shi*hole and find something better.

- Very poor management, project managers doesn't take decisions instead ask from CEO for everything - All decisions are taken by only CEO, even other CXX are not meant to take decisions - Worst way of time tracking for each day - Paid time of is only 18 days and 12 holidays, Below industry level - Poor sandwitch policy for taking long week off - Pathetic compensation for working in shifts (100 rs per day) - HR team doesn't exist and they dont know anything - Company doesn't provide a system for you to work, you need to have your own machine - You don't get reimbursed for basic necessity to work like wifi reimbursement etc - For office party, you need to pay yourself and find stay arrangement if you are planning to attend - No employee benefits, only cost cutting everywhere - They make dry promotions without additional pay - The employee progress review system is pathetic - You have to use all tools present for free, don't expect any paid software or services even for project testing and learnings - Employee policy is shit, very less details are present and most of the things are assumed when you need them - 3 months notice period if you planning to leave, but they can ask you to put papers with or without even a month notice period - No bench concept, you are asked to leave in a month if no prejects for you to work

Didn’t like the leave policy. If you take leave before and after the holiday then holiday will also be deducted from your paid leave. For example: If you take leave on friday and monday then it will count as 4 days of leave.
