I don't advice any one to join this company.You can be fired on the whim.Hire and fire mentality you can't rely on this company for job security and knowledge.There is no taks given for weeks and week and suddenly you will be given 15 days notice period and forced to resign.They keep extending probation period,if you want to experiment with career then your choice

...weeks and suddenly you will be given 15 days notice period and forced to resign.They keep extending probation period to avoid salary hike,if you want to experiment with career then your choice.There is no job security or knowledge gaining or support or help from colleagues and mentor,manager as they work in remote working model.If you want to experiment with career then it's your choice. Joining this company makes difficult to find next jobs for more than 6 months.
