My self riyaz, i had work in ortel communication ltd. For 2 years. My work is to maintian stock, maintaining the bills, collections, handling and supporting to employes works and help desk for customers if any queries im solving the problems of that customers.

Dislikes

no matter that disliking on that company. I just change my job for salary hike.

...any is just a fraud . No job security at all. There are lot of sinecure people . No salary for months and months. Appraisal only for drunkards. 100 % employee exploitation. Only politics . No work. Its not a company now. It has been declared insolvent from 2018.

Worst Paymaster, always defers salary by saying vague reason Already

... bankrupt, would suggest not to join this company as they never pay in time and every employee has a pending salary of 5-8 months

Overall professional and informal work culture; young and motivated workforce ably supported by HR Team

Dislikes

Impulsive leadership. Decision changes in the midst of an assignment leading to loss of energy time effort and zeal. Few senior leaders are not conscious of the brand image of the organization.

I Work in this co. for 2 years. Skill development program was best. But Commitments very poor against employees. This is my 1st co. So till now I have a nostalgia - for my collogues & some senior's. Wish for a great future.
