I was at the Noida site (contract through CBRE at IBM) , and it was a terrible experience overall. I stayed there for 6 months, and it was the worst; there was no job security, and no one was willing to understand anything. The manager's behavior was really strange, and all my colleagues were also suffering. I can't describe how bad it was.
