...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salaries are at par with other similar industries. Work environment is good. Learning opportunities are there, more for the locals though. Work-life balance is fine.

Dislikes

Organisation structure is very flat. The appraisal system is not very objective, specially for the managers. You should be lucky to get a good boss. For expats, job security can be an issue, more so, if you are not in the good books of your boss. Mediocre 'local' people do get elevated due to 'contacts'.
