Salary will be knowingly good as they know what they are going to do with you to take complete output form you.

Dislikes

The company hires interns and train them through some recorded videos. If you don't understand anything, no one will be there guide you. They will assign a task which will be irrevant to the things you know. You can't waste time on doing research, if you are not able to do it, you will be fired immediately like take you belongings and leave. Even your performance is good, it doesn't matter. Hybrid model is just to tell employees, but it is not there. Very rude HR and management. Company office is like a cage. No place to sit. No professional growth. Not a good work environment.
