...cording to how management wants, no proper documented policies. No job security. Salary on time, Saturday's will be off, so work life balance will be good, they say that they are a PLM company but they are a 3rd party contractor. Generally they get the project requirements from the big IT companies like HCL, L&T and others, and they start searching for the candidates on Naukri, after candidate qualify the interview with HCL or L&T they take the candidate. In case the project gets over, they will give some time to the candidate for get into some new project according to their skills, if the candidate fails to get project, they will fire the candidate. ( Salary will be deducted during this period)

Dislikes

Politics, people complaining about each other which is not professional. Remind me of my school days where kids were complaining to teachers that xyz done this and abc done this. Salary was deducted for 50% during lock down and surprisingly the same become CTC after lockdown, for example if you earn 20k per month, your CTC will be somewhere arround 2,40,000, during lockdown and after lockdown it become 10k and your CTC become 1,20,000 for the entire year. we were told that the company is facing loss due to cut down in the Billings from the client whereas the company got paid fully from the clients and our salary got deducted. Rest everything is bad only, nothing to like exept Saturday a holiday.
