New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. In this plant there are many chances about learning if we join as a trainee Engineer. Shifting duty also available and leave, weekly off facility.Company provides us guest house and transport service for go to duty as a free service.In guest house canteens also available.All seniors and site manager behaviour is very comfortable.

But but.....the plant is very very dirty with full of dust and scrab materials. If we compare the salary of TRAINEE ENGINEER is very low,that salary can compare with a company's contractor labour.After complete training period the salary increase only 2k-3k maximum.In this expensive time, society it's very bad impact for junior engineers.
