Good Woking environment in design department I have worked. All are very supportive including our director. Mutual respect was there. I have enjoyed my working there during my stay.

Six days working was stressful for design people. Overall safety in the plant area should have require improvement.

Likes

This company mainly produce iron ore pellets which goes to next stage for further processing. Working in OMPL is quite good as you will be able to learn and experience a lot of things in your respective field. Mainly this company hire experienced as well as fresher's candidate from Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and process engineering. There are lot of scope of learning things with your own hands.
