High position person (Mr. Ganesh- ED Works & Mr. Kaushik Aush-GM HR) they know how to satisfy there ego, they just fired me without hearing my truth, they decided I am wrong and just fired me in one day without any prior notice or time period.

Guidance of superior's is excellent, supportive colleagues, very good atmosphere of working and learning new things. The basics of technicalities are very easy to learn because of good communication with our Seniors. So over all very good to work here.

Dislikes

The administrative systems are very bad culture, the behaving tendency of some administrative people are very bad same as the safety personels.
