Disrespect and Exploitation: I’m the sole breadwinner for my family, and after giving everything I had to this company, they treated me like I was disposable. Underpaid interns, most of the time people who are client centric has to work overtime (no overtime money) to meet the expectations. Client side Project managers are ok still jira management and all not so good, No product managers lol. No proper management for developers :( no actual senior developers, lead naam ke hai kaam ke nahi. Sorry If this sounds harsh par jo hai vo hai :)
