They terminated me on the spot, blocked my access to everything, and didn’t even acknowledge the actual reason behind it. 5. Disrespect and Exploitation: I’m the sole breadwinner for my family, and after giving everything I had to this company, they treated me like I was disposable. They held my salary, gave me conflicting reasons for my termination, and didn’t seem to care about the impact on my life. If you’re considering working at Unlax Consumer Solutions Pvt. They change your shift in every 2 days. When it comes to appraisals they hold past grudges They do not have any pip policy They do not provide any night shift allowance and force you to work for night shift

Underpaid interns, most of the time people who are client centric has to work overtime (no overtime money) to meet the expectations. Client side Project managers are ok still jira management and all not so good, No product managers lol. No proper management for developers :( no actual senior developers, lead naam ke hai kaam ke nahi. Sorry If this sounds harsh par jo hai vo hai :)
