Very high internal politics especially in operations teams , Groupism and discrimination is on peak due to internal politics. TL always try protect some people because they have a gang in team ...like old friends , roommates .If we made a small mistakes they only highlight such mistakes but never value your hardwork . TL continually provided bad remarks and they will Target you personally.
