Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I like the mentorship of Orion CEO who did a fantastic job and make me a better person in work like. How to be smart, how to be proactive, what is taking ownership and leadership and lot more. Working with multiple team with different time zones. Working with new bees and training them. I learned my scrum technique by working under a scrum master which gave a great experience in Orion.

No personal time for self growth and spend time with family. My health went terribly bad so I need to quit Orion.

It's a good company to start your career in software field.If you expect a 9-5 job means,it's not right place for you.Otherwise good work culture and employee centric.
