the center was near to my house this was one positive side of orion, otherwise I don't like anything about orion

The company doesn't give salary at right time, the company doesn't fullfill their promises, the company doesn't give us bonus before covid, during covit the company send us to LWP without informing us, when my salary stop that time I realize that they send me to LWP, and then after requesting to my reporting boss he send me the official mail about LWP, after 7 months of LWP my reporting boss personally message me through WhatsApp and told me to resign and also told me that if I will not resign from my job then the company abscond me. Then I officially mail them my resignation but still they didn't accept my resign.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Salary will be paid in exact date and time. Relation between the staffs is good.

No Traveling allowance will be paid. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work other job roles as well. Management don't value the individual opinions lots of times I have to take back my ideas.

Center based work, & very familier experience.. Relax job specially for freshers it's a very good position for learning.

Lots of Management issue, salary issue, very less & unused man power, no appraisal since 2 -3 years. No leave Is approved

Campany goals and culture is great support system for thier employees. Mostly people work for benifit and company's Salary is timing key factor which motivate employees.

Great work atmosphere help to work with each other some times coordination missed by junior
